Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern your use of the AHAM website, applications, and services operated by AHAM E-COMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing the service, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the service only with a parent or legal guardian's involvement.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account details accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you promptly tell us about unauthorized access.

• Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security, submit unlawful or misleading material, or attempt unauthorized access.
• We may restrict or suspend access when needed to protect users, investigate suspected fraud or abuse, comply with law, or maintain service security.
• Content you submit must not violate another person's rights. You remain responsible for the content you post.

Products, availability, and orders

Product descriptions, images, sizes, prices, discounts, and availability are shown in the service and may change. We take reasonable care with listings, but display settings can affect how colors and details appear.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it or dispatch it, as applicable. We may cancel or decline an order if an item is unavailable, a listing or price contains an obvious error, payment is not authorized, or we reasonably suspect misuse. If payment was collected for an order we cannot fulfill, we will initiate a refund through an appropriate payment method.

Prices, payment, and delivery

The amount payable, applicable charges, available payment methods, and delivery information are displayed before you confirm an order. Payment processing is subject to the payment provider's terms and successful authorization. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds

Eligibility and instructions depend on the product and order status. The applicable return or cancellation option and any product-specific exclusions are shown in the service or communicated by support. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property and user content

AHAM and its licensors retain rights in the service, branding, software, and materials made available through it. You may use these materials only to access the service for personal, lawful purposes.

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us permission to host, display, and use that content as needed to operate the feature through which you submitted it, subject to your settings and applicable law.

Service availability and liability

We work to keep AHAM available and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, AHAM is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. These terms do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited or your statutory consumer rights.

Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these terms when our service or legal obligations change. The current version is published on this page. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, these terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the competent courts in India.
