Delete Your AHAM Account

How to submit a request

You can request account deletion from this page without signing in. Send the request from the email address linked to your AHAM account so we can identify and verify it. If you cannot access that email, contact us from another address and tell us which account email or phone number needs to be deleted; we may ask for reasonable verification before acting.

• Include the email address or phone number associated with the account. Do not include passwords, payment credentials, or one-time codes.

What happens after we receive it

We will acknowledge the request, verify that it came from the account holder, and explain any additional information needed. After verification, we will take steps to delete or de-identify account information that we are not required or permitted to retain. We will confirm when the request has been processed or explain any applicable limitation.

Deleting the account removes access to account features and may not be reversible. Please use or resolve any open orders, wallet balance, returns, or support cases before requesting deletion; contact support if you need help with an open transaction.

Information that may be retained

Some transaction, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal records may need to be retained for the period required or permitted by law. Where retention is required, we restrict use of those records to the relevant purpose and delete or anonymize them when retention is no longer necessary, subject to applicable requirements.
