Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods

Payment methods available for an order are displayed at checkout and may vary by transaction. They can include options such as UPI, cards, net banking, or wallet balance where enabled. The final payable amount, including disclosed taxes and charges, is shown before you authorize payment.

Payment gateway and security

Online payments are presented through Razorpay or another payment provider identified in the checkout flow. The provider processes payment credentials under its own terms and security practices. AHAM receives payment status and transaction references needed to confirm and support the order; we do not request your card PIN, banking password, UPI PIN, or one-time password by email or phone.

Only complete payment on the checkout screen reached from AHAM. Do not share verification codes or credentials with anyone claiming to be AHAM support.

Authorization, confirmation, and failed payments

An order is confirmed after the payment provider authorizes payment and AHAM receives confirmation. If money appears to have been debited but the order is not confirmed, allow the provider and bank time to reconcile the transaction, then contact us with the order number and transaction reference. Never send full card or account credentials.

Wallets, credits, and refunds

Where available, AHAM wallet balance, gift credits, or promotional credits may be applied as shown at checkout and remain subject to their displayed terms. Refunds are initiated after approval to the original payment method or another permitted method communicated to you. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution.

Fraud prevention and support
